I read an article in the local freebie newspaper yesterday where a friend of mine, Nik Halik, had been interviewed about his new book (which I bought today!), The Thrillionaire.

When asked about the best advice his parents had ever given him, he replied, “You are whom you associate with”. Interesting…

I had the pleasure of meeting Nik as well as his lovely sister Victoria at a World Internet Summit in 2006 in Sydney, Australia and I have since worked with Nik, Victoria and their Financial Freedom Institute (FFI) team on several occasions since, at their Money Masters seminars.

I’ve never told them this, but meeting Nik and Victoria was a big turning point in my life. I’ve had some massive ups and downs since then, but I’ve remained focused on my goals, and I look forward to the day when I can thank them for being an integral part of my success. Just hanging out with successful people such as Nik, Victoria and many of the other presenters they work with is great fun! They all exude a positive energy or something - I’m not sure what it is - but I always feel uplifted when I am around them. They are the kind of people I like to associate with!

If you haven’t done so already, do a search and find Nik Halik’s book, The Thrillionaire - it’ll definitely be worth reading, if knowing what he’s like in person is anything to go by!
