More on the outcome of my Clickbank experiment

Hi again. I forgot to post this info the other day when I talked about my Clickbank experiment.

I now have 76 subscribers which I’m pretty happy about! This is more than all of my other sites have done over a much longer period, so this has definitely helped with my list building! Hopefully I will be able to do more with this list as time goes on!

Also, another wonderful thing happened today:

I GOT ANOTHER SALE!!!!! YAY!!!!!

The sale was for the second product I have started promoting which I absolutely love! I am thrilled!

Clickbank experiment results

Ok, well the experiment didn’t go as planned, but I am happy to say I’m a lot fitter and feeling a lot more energetic thanks to the fact that I purchased a copy of the weight loss ebook I was promoting and it’s brilliant and is working extremely well!

Here’s how the website at http://overweightandunhappy.com went last month:

Number of unique visitors: 1062

How many search phrases I’ve been found under: 30 (!!)

Number of sales - 1 (ARGH!)

Number of articles published: 21 (5 pending) - I was a bit slack in this area…

Ezines published: 27

URL clicks: 219

I also got one vote of 4/5!

So as far as traffic and search engine rankings go, I am certainly getting there. As for my actual success, I’m not having very much and I’m not sure if it’s because of the niche I have chosen (weight loss) or if it’s the way I write?

I want to continue working on this niche, however I might start to think of a tighter niche for my next project.
